Andrew McMullin represents individuals and businesses in real estate transactions, commercial collections, contract law and business planning. He also has worked with financial institutions on regulatory compliance, loan documentation and real estate transactions. Mr. McMullin is also a Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agent and a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent.

Before joining McMullin & McMullin, LLC, Mr. McMullin was an associate in the financial services/real estate practice group at an international law firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. McMullin focused his practice in the area of state and federal regulatory compliance, including: TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA and Privacy and Security Breach matters.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. McMullin was a Private Banking Officer with a regional lending institution. He was also a director of a local public policy think-tank and a legislative assistant to a local state representative.

Mr. McMullin has served on the Executive Committee for the predecessor to the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. He is also the former Treasurer for the Korean American Lawyers Association of the Delaware Valley.
