Dave McMullin represents individuals and businesses in commercial collections, litigation and trusts, wills and estates. Mr. McMullin serves as counsel for national, regional and local insurance agencies, vendors, equipment lessors and other creditors. He is regularly involved in arbitration cases and is trained in mediation and conflict resolution.

Mr. McMullin currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Allegheny Institute for Public Policy. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Science and Art of Pittsburgh (1990 to 2005) and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall (1989 to 1997). Mr. McMullin has held various posts with the American Legion (35th District Commander from 1999 to 2000; Allegheny County Commander from 1996 to 1997) and the Italian American War Veterans of America (Department of Pennsylvania Commander from 2000 to 2002; Post Commander from 1999 to 2000).
