The law firm McMullin & McMullin, LLC had its origin in 1971, with David K McMullin, a veteran of the US. Army from 1968 to 1970, entering the practice of law as a sole proprietor.

He focused his practice on helping the business owner -- primarily with one of the most difficult challenges of running a business -- collecting accounts receivable.

As a business owner himself, Dave knew that the success of his law practice depended on his ability to get results for his clients. He has proven that time and time again, representing national, regional, and local businesses in a variety of legal matters

Today, McMullin & McMullin, LLC continues the tradition started by David over 35 years ago. We have expanded the practice to include seven practice areas: Bankruptcy, Business Planning, Collections & Creditor’s Rights, Financial Services, Litigation, Real Estate, and Trusts, Wills & Estates.
